One Down

There are strongman leaders I thought about adding but weren't really fitting to this shortlist. Examples would be Duda, Assad, Sisi, some gulf leaders, mostly because they are a product of more complex political situations, are a weird fit, or their untimely downfall doesn't mean the fall of the regime etc.. Perhaps you will be able to reach me and I will make changes, but in all honesty the list isn't likely to change much as it's a checklist that I plan to only get closer to crossing out, hoping we get a bingo within a decade or so.
